Questions

Is getting there included?

No. We arrange your hotels, transfers and experiences. You arrange your own travel to the destination, and we time transfers around your arrival.

How do I pay?

We email you a secure Stripe payment link with your quote. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in GBP or USD. We never see or store your card details.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The charge depends on how close to your trip you cancel, and refunds go back to your card within 14 days. See our cancellations and refunds policy.

I live in the US. Can you help?

Yes. We plan for travellers in the UK and the US and quote in dollars for US customers. WhatsApp is the easiest way to reach us.
