Who we are

Goldhour Travel plans tailor-made holidays. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us. You can contact us at office@goldhourtravel.com, on +44 7888 619307, or by post at 14 Foxwood Avenue, Christchurch, BH23 3LA.

What we collect

When you use our holiday planner, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, destinations, number of travellers, budget and any notes you add. If you book, we also collect the details our suppliers need, such as passport names, dates of birth and any special requirements you tell us about.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the suppliers needed for your trip, such as hotels, transfer companies, activity providers and insurers, and with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email provider and our payment processor, Stripe. Some suppliers are outside the UK because that is where your holiday takes place. We never sell your information.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. When you pay, you enter your card details directly on Stripe's secure payment page, so Goldhour Travel never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe uses your payment information to process the payment and prevent fraud, as described in Stripe's privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and the last four digits and brand of your card.

How long we keep it

If you don't book, we keep your enquiry for up to 2 years so we can help if you get in touch again. If you book, we keep booking records for 6 years after your trip to meet tax and legal requirements.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email office@goldhourtravel.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
